Mr Tu Tien Phat is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Commercial Bank (ACB), with over 29 years of extensive experience in the financial and banking sector. He joined ACB in 1996 and has since held a number of pivotal leadership roles within the organisation.

As the key driver of ACB’s business strategy and digital transformation, Mr. Phat has played a critical role in positioning ACB as one of Vietnam’s leading private banks, recognized for its customer-centric vision, pioneering approach to technology adoption, and steadfast commitment to sustainable growth.

Under his leadership, ACB has delivered impressive results in operational performance, credit growth and the transformation of its digital customer experience, while consistently fostering a corporate culture grounded in transparency, compassion and a spirit of continuous innovation.

With nearly 30 years of extensive experience in the technology and financial services sector, Mr. Nguyễn Bá Diệp is one of the key founding members behind MoMo’s vision to leverage technology to democratize access to financial services in Vietnam. What began as a simple mobile payment application has since evolved into one of Vietnam’s leading fintech platforms, serving over 30 million users and hundreds of thousands of partners nationwide.

Under his leadership and strategic guidance, MoMo has played a pivotal role in advancing financial inclusion through accessible, user-friendly, and cost-effective payment and financial solutions. The group’s member companies are also at the forefront of Vietnam’s digital transformation journey, particularly in enabling small and medium-sized enterprises and financial institutions to modernize their operations.

In 2022, MoMo was officially recognized as one of Vietnam’s four technology unicorns.

Mr. Diệp holds a Bachelor's degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Curtin University (Australia). In addition to his role as Co-founder of MoMo, he also serves as Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Information Security Association (VNISA HCM), a standing member of the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA), and the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM).

Ms. Thuy Son brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, spanning insurance, banking, and asset management. She has held senior leadership roles across globally recognized institutions, contributing to strategic growth and innovation within the sector.

With deep expertise across the financial services spectrum, Ms. Thuy Son has played a pivotal role in leading initiatives in asset management, covering savings, estate planning, legacy strategies, retirement planning, and investments, aligned with clients’ long-term objectives. Her comprehensive knowledge of asset classes, risk management, and market dynamics has been instrumental in developing innovative financial products and services that are responsive to evolving client needs, business partner expectations, and regulatory environments.

Ms. Thuy Son holds an Executive MBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland; the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) by LOMA; and the Fund Management License from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Son has been appointed as Country President of Chubb Life Vietnam since December 2021. He is responsible for Chubb Life’s business operation in Vietnam. With a wealth of experience, in life insurance coupled with his financial and business acumen, Mr. Nguyen Hong Son commits to leading Chubb Life Vietnam’s business to the next level.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Son is now leading Chubb Life Vietnam’s transformation in distribution channels, business digitalization, and customer-centric solutions to meet the changing demands of Vietnamese customers.

He has over 20 years of experience with Chubb Life, including over 15 years as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Country President of Chubb Life Vietnam. He also served as the Country President of Chubb Life Myanmar for more than 2 years before being appointed as the Country President of Chubb Life Vietnam in 2021.

Prior to Chubb Life, Mr. Nguyen Hong Son had over 11 years of experience in finance and held important roles at well-known international organizations, such as KPMG and Cargill.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Son holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Economic University of Ho Chi Minh City and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He is currently a Fellow Members of Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia.

Ms. Trinh Quynh Giao is the Chief Executive Officer of PVI Asset Management Joint Stock Company (PVI Asset Management JSC), one of the top 10 asset management companies in Vietnam, with total assets under management exceeding VND 17 trillion.

With over 20 years of in-depth experience in investment, finance, asset management, strategic consulting, and corporate restructuring, Ms. Giao has successfully led and operated several major investment funds such as Red River Holding and Indochina Capital. She has also held executive and board member roles at major Vietnamese corporations including PVI Holdings, Coteccons, BCCI, Hoa Sen Group, and Vinh Hoan Corporation.

She is an active member of the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD), serving on its Professional Advisory Board, and a frequent speaker at investment forums and specialized financial conferences, where she shares expert insights on corporate governance, financial investment, risk management, and sustainable development strategies.

Ms. Giao holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance jointly awarded by ESCP-EAP and Paris Dauphine University, as well as an Honors degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of New South Wales.

Most recently, he served as Chairman and CEO of VPBank Securities, where he led a comprehensive transformation in business strategy, digitalized the trading platform, and developed an integrated wealth management ecosystem.

Mr. Linh has deep expertise in building comprehensive wealth management models, including asset allocation, development of diverse investment products, digital advisory tools, risk management, and training of personal financial advisors. He is also a seasoned leadership development trainer, with years of experience designing training programs for management teams and developing talent capabilities for organizations. He holds an MBA from Solvay Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Huy is the founder of Finhay, the parent company of Vina Securities JSC (VNSC). Prior to establishing Finhay, he graduated from the University of Sydney, founded two startups, and worked at AMP Australia.

In 2018, he was selected by the Government to join the Innovation Network program as one of 100 young global experts.

In 2019, he was honored on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list.

Mr. Tran Vinh Quang is the Chief Executive Officer of Thien Viet Asset Management (TVAM). With over 20 years of experience in finance and investment, he leads the firm’s proprietary trading, investment strategy, and portfolio management, including tailored managed accounts for high-net-worth clients. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales under the AusAID scholarship and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and member of the CFA Institute.
