Mr. Nguyen Duy Linh currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Saigon – Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company (SHS). He brings nearly 20 years of experience in the securities industry, capital markets, and corporate governance in Vietnam. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Solvay Brussels School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance. In addition, he has completed various professional certifications in financial analysis, corporate governance, leadership development, and organizational management. Drawing on extensive hands-on experience in the securities sector and corporate leadership, Mr. Linh possesses deep insights into the evolution of Vietnam’s capital market, particularly in the context of international integration and the continuous enhancement of market standards and governance practices.

Tran Vinh Quang, CFA CEO of TVAM Mr. Vinh Quang joined TVS in 2010 as Investment Director and has been the CEO of Thien Viet Asset Management (TVAM), a subsidiary of TVS, since 2015, overseeing all investment-related activities. Prior to TVS, he was Portfolio Manager at Viet Capital Asset Management and previously worked in financial accounting at Unilever Vietnam. Mr. Vinh Quang holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (Finance & Accounting) from the University of New South Wales, Australia under the AusAID Scholarship Program. He is an ACCA affiliate (passed all exams) and a CFA charter holder since 2010.

Mr. Chung joined TVS in 2020 as Director of Investment Banking and was later appointed Managing Director of Private Equity. Before joining TVS, he served as CEO of PNJ Watch, a wholly owned subsidiary of PNJ Group, where he managed the nationwide retail chains for watches and eyewear. Earlier in his career, Mr. Chung gained extensive experience in investment banking in Japan and private equity in Vietnam. He holds an MBA from Hitotsubashi University (Japan) and a Master’s degree from Yale University (USA). He is also an alumnus of London Business School (UK) and earned his CFA charter in 2015.

Mr. Duc joined TVS in 2025 as Director of the Investment Banking. He has over 17 years of experience in finance and investment, including more than 13 years in Mergers & Acquisitions advisory and capital raising at major domestic and international financial institutions such as GCA Corporation (Japan), VnDirect Securities, and Viet Capital Securities, and KPMG. Mr. Duc holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rennes 1 (France).

Ms. Thanh Ngan currently serves as Sales Director at Mirae Asset Finance Company (Vietnam), leading and overseeing the overall strategy and performance of all nationwide sales channels, including Installment Sales, Direct Sales, Telesales, and Secured Loans. She is responsible for driving business growth, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring alignment with the company’s revenue and profitability objectives.

Since joining Mirae Asset Finance Company (Vietnam) in 2017 as Head of Installment Sales, Ms. Thanh Ngan has been instrumental in developing the Installment Sales channel into the company’s flagship sales channel and a key driver of revenue growth. Under her leadership, the channel achieved a Top 2 position in Vietnam’s consumer finance installment lending market, according to the Stock Plus Report 2024, while delivering an impressive 240% year-on-year sales growth in 2024.

Building on these achievements, Ms. Thanh Ngan was appointed Sales Director, assuming responsibility for the company’s nationwide sales operations and overall sales strategy. In this role, she oversees all sales channels and leads initiatives to drive business growth, optimize resource allocation, achieve profitability targets, and maintain risk indicators within controlled levels. Under her leadership, Mirae Asset Finance Company (Vietnam) achieved 130% of its sales target and 150% of its assigned profit target in 2025, while maintaining risk indicators within controlled levels and exceeding the company’s expectations. These accomplishments reflect her strong leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to delivering sustainable business growth.

Mr. Trinh Thanh Can has over 20 years of experience in investment, banking, and securities. He has held various senior executive and management positions at leading financial institutions in Vietnam and abroad. He is recognized as a seasoned professional with strong influence in Vietnam’s financial market, particularly in strategic planning, corporate governance, and transformation leadership in a highly competitive environment.

He previously held several key positions, including:
- Chief Executive Officer – ACB Securities Company (ACBS)
- Chief Operating Officer – Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HSC)
- Head of Research – VietCap Securities
- Senior positions at international financial institutions such as HSBC, VinaCapital, and Tower Asset Management (USA)

Mr. Can is highly regarded for his ability to shape long-term strategies, his deep understanding of the market, and his extensive experience in managing complex financial models. At Kafi, he is leading the company’s growth strategy for the 2025–2027 period, focusing on scaling up operations, innovating investment products, digitalizing the trading platform, and enhancing customer experience. Under his leadership, Kafi is gradually redefining itself as a modern, efficient, and distinctive securities company within Vietnam’s investment ecosystem.

Mr. Nguyen Trieu Vinh is currently Deputy Chief Investment Officer of VCBF and is co-managing equity portfolios and mutual funds.

Mr. Vinh joined VCBF in July 2008 as Investment Analyst in the Private Equity team. Vinh joined the Asset Management team at the start of 2014 and then became Head of Research and Assistant Portfolio Manager in October 2015. After pursuing his postgraduate education in Canada, he rejoined VCBF in late 2020.

Before VCBF, Mr. Vinh was an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers Vietnam, where he covered clients in the food and beverage and insurance sectors.

Mr. Vinh holds Master of Business Administration degree from University of British Columbia and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City. Mr. Vinh is a member of ACCA (UK) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charter holder.

Luong Thi My Hanh has over 25 years of experience in finance and investment, spanning the early development of Vietnam’s stock market. She joined VietFund Management (now Dragon Capital Vietnam) in its formative years, where she held key roles across research, portfolio management, and investment leadership, including Investment Director.

Since 2021, Hanh has served as Head of Domestic Asset Management at Dragon Capital, where she leads the firm’s onshore asset management business. She is responsible for product innovation, fundraising, and expanding distribution channels, playing an active role in advancing Vietnam’s capital markets and broadening access to investment solutions for domestic investors.

Hanh holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire (UK), and is a CFA charter holder.

Bà Đặng Thị Lan Hương hiện là Tổng Giám đốc CTCP Quản lý quỹ Rồng Việt (VDAM), với hơn 20 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực tài chính và đầu tư. Bà có chuyên môn về tư vấn đầu tư, quản lý tài sản và xây dựng các giải pháp hoạch định tài chính dành cho khách hàng cá nhân và tổ chức.

Trước khi gia nhập VDAM, bà từng công tác tại Ngân hàng TMCP Sài Gòn Thương Tín (Sacombank), Ngân hàng Hongkong và Thượng Hải (HSBC), và Công ty CP Chứng khoán Rồng Việt.

Ngoài vai trò quản lý đầu tư, bà Hương còn là nhà giáo dục tài chính, tập trung vào việc nâng cao tư duy đầu tư và ra quyết định tài chính cho nhà đầu tư cá nhân.

Bà tốt nghiệp cử nhân Tài chính doanh nghiệp trường UEH, cử nhân Tâm lý học trường USSH và Thạc sỹ Quản trị kinh doanh CFVG Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Bà cũng là Professional Certified Coach (PCC) được công nhận bởi International Coaching Federation (ICF).
